Method No.1- The Date/ Time should be correct

• Firstly, press the keys (Windows+ R)
• You will then find a run box that has popped up and type Control or Control Panel over there.
• Now go to the Clock and Region.
• Click on the Date and Time option.
• Below the Date and Time option, click on the Change Date and Time.
• You have to now simply follow the instructions shown on your screen.
• Now you can try connecting to your bank again.

Method No.2- Internet settings should be reset

• Firstly, press the keys (Windows+ R) together.
• You will then find a run box that has popped up and type Control or Control Panel over there.
• Now click on the Network and Internet > Internet Options.
• Click on the Advanced and then on Reset.
• After you reset the internet settings, click on the Close option.
• Now go for the Internet Options > Advanced tab.
• Click on the restore advanced settings now
• Now press on Apply and then OK.
• You can now update your bank again in Quicken.

Method No.3- Firewall should be reconfigured
